Choreographer, composer, theorist and curator, Adham Hafez’s work examines the history of colonialism, environmental catastrophe, gender, performance histories and technology. Presented at reputable venues worldwide including La Mama Theatre (USA), Hebbel Am Ufer (Germany), Cite de la Culture (Tunisia), Sharjah Architecture Triennial (UAE), among others. Awarded First Prize for Choreography by Cairo Opera House, his work has been associated with the HaRaKa Platform collective for over 15 years.
